You already know what to do.Let's build the support that helps you do it.

A calm moment at a sunlit desk with coffee and a laptop
Two pathways, one place

Where would you like to start?

One pathway settles how you feel. The other helps you follow through. Many people use both. You only need to pick one to begin.

Two pathways that work beautifully together.

Coaching gives you the systems and the live support to follow through. Tapping clears the emotional friction, the dread or self-doubt that can build before you act, so it stops getting in your way. Used together, the feeling settles and the doing gets easier, which is why every Integration plan includes both.

Pathway 1 · For anyone

EFT Tapping

Calmer feelings & steadier nerves

A gentle, hands-on technique (sometimes called "tapping") that helps strong feelings settle quickly, so you can think clearly, decide well, and feel like yourself again.

  • Quiets stress, worry and overthinking so your clarity returns
  • Strengthens confidence and loosens long-held patterns
  • Works well on its own, or alongside ADHD coaching
Pathway 2 · ADHD support

ADHD Coaching and Support

Real-time help to actually follow through

You're capable and you have good plans. What's missing is support in the moment you're trying to do the thing. We build systems that fit how your brain works, plus a live space where the work actually happens.

  • For capable people whose ideas and plans move faster than their systems
  • 1:1 coaching, group sessions, and weekly live work sessions
  • Support while you do things, not homework for later

Come as you are. You're more capable than your current systems let you show.

Three ways to access your support system

Start anywhere. Many people begin with 1:1 to design a system around their life, then use a subscription to keep the momentum going. You can also start with a subscription and add 1:1 whenever you want.

Hands gently tapping near the collarbone, an EFT tapping point
Pathway 1 · EFT Tapping

A faster way back to clear thinking.

EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a simple mind-body method sometimes called "tapping." You gently tap with your fingertips on a few points on meridian lines on your body while we talk through whatever's bothering you. It sounds unusual, and it feels surprisingly calming.

The idea is straightforward: stress lives in the body as much as the mind. Tapping while you name the worry tends to take the edge off. Something that felt like a 9 out of 10 starts to feel like a 3, and you can think clearly again.

It can help with things like:

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Feeling overwhelmed
  • Overthinking
  • Self-doubt and confidence
  • Big or stuck emotions
  • Procrastination and dread
  • Sensitivity to criticism
  • Calming before a hard thing

What a session actually feels like

  1. We name the thing that's weighing on you, and notice how strongly it lands right now.
  2. You tap along with me through a few simple points while we say it out loud. There's no script to memorise.
  3. We check in. The intensity usually drops, and a calmer, clearer perspective shows up.
  4. You leave steadier, with something you can use on your own whenever you need it.

EFT is a complementary wellness and coaching tool. It works alongside, not in place of, medical or mental-health care, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Many clients simply report feeling calmer and steadier.

Focused work at a tidy desk with a notebook, pen, and laptop
Pathway 2 · ADHD Coaching

You don't need more advice. You need support in the moment you're trying to do it.

You're not short on plans, insight, or capability. What's been missing is support at the exact moment you go to act on them. That's not a discipline problem. It's a support problem. We close that gap two ways: systems built around how your brain actually works, and a live space where the work happens with you, not homework left for later.

1:1 Coaching

Private coaching where we design a personal system built around your real life: your time, energy, focus, and the few friction points that cost you the most. Think of the group sessions as learning to live in the house, and 1:1 as designing the house in the first place.

What tends to change

Less spinning.More progress.

This work isn't about becoming a different person. It's about what gets easier when the right support is finally in place.

You start sooner

The thing you've been putting off gets its first step taken, usually while we're still in the session.

You stay with it

Momentum holds instead of stalling halfway, so what you start actually gets finished.

You stay clear

Strong feelings settle faster, so your clarity and good judgment stay online when it counts.

You trust yourself more

Following through a few times in a row quietly rebuilds your confidence.

About EFT tapping

A quick, gentle way back to calm

EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a gentle mind-body method often just called "tapping." You tap lightly with your fingertips on a few points on meridian lines on your body while talking through whatever's on your mind. It sounds unusual, and it feels surprisingly calming.

The idea behind it is simple. Stress and difficult feelings live in the body as much as the mind. Tapping while you name what's bothering you tends to take the intensity down a few notches, so something that felt overwhelming becomes manageable and you can think and decide clearly again.

People use it for everyday stress, worry and overthinking, for steadier confidence, and for the pressure that builds up in front of a hard task. It works well on its own for anyone, and it pairs naturally with ADHD coaching when feelings are part of what gets in the way.

About ADHD coaching

Support where the doing happens

ADHD isn't a shortage of intelligence, effort, or good ideas. For most capable adults, the hard part isn't knowing what to do. It's the gap between deciding to do something and actually getting moving on it. That's where plans stall, deadlines sneak up, and good intentions quietly pile up.

Coaching closes that gap by building systems around how your brain actually works, rather than asking you to force yourself into ones designed for someone else. We set up simple structure for your time, energy and focus, and pair it with live support in the moment you sit down to work. Starting and finishing stop feeling like the whole battle.

It's practical and judgment-free. The aim isn't to become a different person. It's to give the capable person you already are the support that finally fits.

Why I do this work.

Hearts Within Services coach

I didn't start this work from a perfect system or a neatly organized life. I started it from my own experience of what it feels like when your mind moves faster than your ability to keep up with it. I understand the cycles of starting strong, getting overwhelmed, losing structure, and trying again. Over time, I learned how much of that struggle isn't about discipline or willpower, but about understanding how your brain actually works and finding ways to work with it instead of against it.

That's what led me into ADHD coaching and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/tapping). I saw how powerful it can be when practical structure and emotional regulation come together. For many people, including myself, it's not just about getting more organized. It's about feeling calmer inside your own mind so clarity and consistency can actually take root.

In my work, I support people in untangling overwhelm, building realistic systems, and gently shifting long-held patterns that keep them stuck. I combine ADHD-friendly strategies with EFT to help create both external structure and internal ease. My goal is to help you feel more steady, more capable, and more connected to yourself as you move through daily life.
